［摘要］杭州银泰城位于杭州市拱墅区，是集多种功能于一体的城市综合体，属复杂超限高层建筑工程，具有扭转不规则、楼板不连续、构件间断等多种不规则项，为此进行了性能化抗震设计。结合整个项目的特点，介绍了该项目结构设计方法、项目重点和难点及技术解决措施。

Structural design of Hangzhou INTIME City

Abstract: Hangzhou INTIME City is an urban complex located in Gongshu District Hangzhou City. It’s an out-of-order structure having irregular torsion, discontinuous floors and discontinuous members etc. Performance-based design of seismic had been carried out. Characteristics of the project, critical items, analysis method and the corresponding structural solution were described.
