[摘要]本工程位于云南省昆明市西山区,整个项目由B1、B2、B3楼三栋高层办公楼组成,其中B2楼位于基地中部,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。采用SATWE和MIDAS软件进行比较分析,包括整体弹性分析、中震不屈服分析、弹性动力时程分析及Pushover分析,以满足规范的各项要求。

Structure design of B2 building on Yuntou Fortune Plaza

Abstract: This project composed of B1, B2 and B3 three high rise office buildings is located in the Xishan District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. B2 building which adopts reinforced concrete frame tube structure is located in the middle of the base. Comparative analysis were carried out with SATWE and MIDAS, including the whole elastic analysis, non-yielding design under middle earthquake, the elastic time-history dynamic analysis and Pushover analysis, it shows that the entire designed structure can meet the requirement of Chinese structural code.
