山东银丰创意产业园39#楼结构设计

[摘要]山东银丰创意产业园39#楼是一座带商业裙房的高层建筑,塔楼为框架-核心筒结构,裙楼为框架结构。结合地基条件和施工因素,经过对比,塔楼基础优选为桩径700mm的后注浆钻孔灌注桩。依据受力特点,对结构选型、构件布置、构件设计进行了合理优化,并取得较好结果。反应谱分析和Pushover分析结果表明本工程满足规范的相关要求。基础选择和结构优化可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract: 39# building of Shandong Yinfeng Creative Industry Center is a high-rise building with a commercial podium. The frame structure was built with an inner core tube. Diameter 700mm post-grouting bored piles are selected as tower foundations with consideration of foundation conditions and construction factors. Under the condition of satisfying the building functions, an optimal design for structural system, component layout, and component design was performed based on mechanical characteristics of the structure. Pushover analysis and response spectrum analysis were also carried out to meet the requirements of the design codes. In general, foundation selection and optimal design in this project can provide reference for similar projects.
