现代竹结构人行天桥的研发和建造

(1 湖南大学土木工程学院,现代竹木及组合结构研究所,长沙 410082;2 南加州大学土木系,洛杉矶CA 90089)[摘要]提出了一种以胶合竹板为基本材料的现代竹结构人行桥梁,并通过3根足尺试件试验,研究了胶合竹板制成长梁的成型工艺和构件的力学性能。试验显示,竹梁的破坏是由受压区竹材分层导致对接头错位引起的,CFRP增强层对竹梁的强度有所提高,采用短板拼接、整体胶合成型的大尺寸竹梁的刚度和承载力均能满足人行天桥建设的要求。根据试验和分析结果,研究者采用预制装配方式建造了一座现代竹结构人行天桥,并在建造中对竹结构人行桥采取了整体防水处理。该桥经过两年多的使用,主体结构正常。[关键词]竹结构;胶合竹板;竹梁;人行天桥Research and construction of modern bamboo pedestrian bridgesShan Bo1, Zhou Quan1, Xiao Yan1,2(1 Institute of Modern Bamboo, Timber and Composite Structures, Hunan University, Changsha 410082, China;2 Department of Civil Engineering, University of Southern California, Los Angeles CA 90089, USA)Abstract:A new type of bridge structure using laminated bamboo girders is presented. Three full-scale bamboo beams were tested in order to research processing methods and mechanical performance of model beams. The failure of the beams was caused by the delamination of laminated bamboo sheet or joint fracture in the mid-span zone. The CFRP sheet in the tensile side of beam showed effect of increasing capacity. The bamboo beam has enough stiffness and loading capacity for building pedestrian bridges. Based on testing and analysis, a modern bamboo pedestrian bridge was constructed successfully using a prefabricated procedure.
