[摘要]通过海口某B级高度剪力墙结构超限高层住宅项目的抗震设计,重点介绍项目基于性能的抗震设计目标及实现,整体结构采用弹性分析进行设计,并通过动力弹塑性时程分析进行复核。结果表明结构体系是安全可行的,为此类结构的设计和应用提供参考。

Structural design of a high-rise risidential building in Haikou

Abstract: The seismic design of a B degree shear wall risidensital high-rise building of Haikou was introduced. Seismic performance-based design of this transfinite building was mainly introduced. The global structure is designed as elastic in conventional earthquake and checked through time-history plastic and elastic analysis in rare occurrence earthquake. All the analysis results show that the structure is safe, and it can be taken as reference for similar structure design.
