百集龙项目B楼主楼结构设计

[摘要]百集龙项目位于云南省昆明市,集商业、办公、餐饮于一体。首先根据建筑高度、建筑平面功能要求对该项目B楼进行超限情况判断并确定相应的性能目标,并针对不规则情况、不同的结构部位、重要程度,采取不同的抗震设计措施。其次,通过SATWE、YJK两种软件对该楼进行多遇地震下的计算分析并对计算结果进行比较,以确定计算结果合理、有效,计算模型符合结构的实际工作状况。通过对比可知,周期、位移、剪重比、轴压比等均满足规范要求。再次,采用YJK程序对结构进行多遇地震下的弹性时程分析,将弹性时程分析结果与CQC计算结果进行比较,通过对比可知其结果满足规范要求。最后,采用多层及高层建筑结构弹塑性静动力分析软件EPDA进行弹塑性静力Pushover分析,以确保该结构满足“大震不倒”的要求。

Structure design of building of Baijilong project

Abstract: Baijilong project is located in Kunming, Yunnan province, will provide business services, office services, food & beverages. Firstly, B building of the project overrun issue was judged according to the building height, building plane function and the corresponding performance goals were determined, different measures for seismic designs based on different conditions like irregular situation, different parts of the structure, the degree of importance were taken. Secondly, through the SATWE, YJK software, the building in the case of frequent earthquakes was calculated and analyzed, then the calculation results were compared to determine the calculation results are reasonable and effective, and the calculation model is consistent with the actual working conditions of the structure. By comparison, it knows that the period, displacement, shear stress ratio and axial compression ratio are all satisfied with the standard. Thirdly, the elastic time history analysis of the structure was carried out by using the YJK program, the elastic time history analysis results and the calculated results of CQC were compared by comparing the results meet the requirements of specification. Finally, the elastic-plastic static Pushover analysis was carried out by using the elastic-plastic static and dynamic analysis software EPDA of the multi-layer and high-rise building structure, to ensure that the structure can meet the requirements of "large earthquake".
