华润深圳湾综合发展项目“柏宁花园”结构设计研究综述

[摘要]华润深圳湾综合发展项目“柏宁花园”具有建筑平面狭长,长宽比、高宽比大的特点。在土地资源宝贵的城市中心区,为了满足人们对高档住宅南北通透的品质需求,该项目采用X向墙少的钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构抗侧力体系。该结构体系有效的满足了结构规范要求,根据抗震规范的“两阶段三水准”设计原则,设计中采用多套软件对结构在多遇地震下的响应进行计算分析,并对关键构件的抗震性能进行了验算。罕遇地震下结构的动力弹塑性分析结果表明,结构满足大震不倒的性能目标。

Abstract: The China Rcesources Shenzhen Bay Mixed development project “Bei Ning Garden” has the features of long and narrow, and with high length-width ratio and height-width ratio. This building project is located in urban center area where land resources is precious, and in order to meet residents′ demand for good exposure of high-grade residence, reinforced concrete shear wall structure in which few shear walls is arranged in X direction is adopted as the lateral force resisting system. This kind of structure system meets requirements of codes for building structure effectively. According to the design principle of “two stages and three levels” in the Seismic Code, several kinds of software was applied to the analysis of the structural response under frequent earthquake action, and seismic performance of key components is also checked in the design process. The results of dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake indicate that the structure can achieve the performance objective of no collapsing with strong earthquake.
