三门峡传媒大厦主楼超高层混合结构设计

[摘要]三门峡传媒大厦主楼建筑高度190.50m,采用带加强层的框架-核心筒混合结构体系。外围框架柱采用圆形钢管混凝土柱,内部采用钢筋混凝土核心筒,并结合建筑使用功能分别利用12,27层避难层设置为两道结构加强层,每道加强层由四榀桁架水平伸臂+周边带状桁架组成。由于结构平面为异形且高度较高,设计中对本工程进行了性能化抗震设计并对不同构件采用相应的性能目标。分别对结构在小震、中震及大震下进行了分析。通过一系列的计算,结果表明,结构的工作状态和性能均能达到设计的预期性能目标和规范要求。

Design of tall mixed structure of Sanmenxia media main building

Abstract: The main building height of Sanmenxia media building is 190.50m, the structure adopts strengthening layer framework-core tube hybrid structural system. Outer frame column is circular steel tube concrete column, internal adopts reinforced concrete core tube. Combined with the building use function, respectively, using 12, 27 refuge floor sets two structural strengthening layer, each strengthening layer is made up of  the four levels of truss boom + peripheral belt truss. Because the plane is special-shaped and altitude is higher, the design of this project is based on the performance-based seismic design, and adopts different components of the performance goal. The structure under small earthquakes, medium and strong earthquakes were analyzed. Through a series of calculation, the results show that the working state of the structure and performance can achieve the desired performance objectives and specification requirements.
