内爬式塔吊支撑梁及牛腿设计关键技术研究

[摘要]内爬式塔吊广泛应用于各种超高层结构施工中,塔吊支撑梁和牛腿支座的设计在施工中至关重要,而相关研究却十分缺乏,从而导致设计过于保守或偏不安全。对某高层内爬式塔吊的支撑梁和牛腿进行设计,并采用有限元软件ABAQUS对其受力性能进行分析,对比分析了两种连接方案中支撑梁和牛腿受力性能。分析结果表明,支撑梁端部通过螺栓与钢夹板相连,再将钢夹板焊在牛腿上的连接方式不仅便捷施工更加满足了施工精度的要求;由于钢夹板提供了有效的梁端支撑,使得梁端与牛腿的连接更加牢固。该研究为同类工程的安全设计提供参考。

Structural design and analysis on key techniques in bearing beam and corbel of internal climbing tower crane

Abstract: Internal climbing tower cranes are widely used in all kinds of high-rise structure constructions, the bearing beam and the corbel design is a great importance in the construction, but the related research are very lacking, resulting in the structural designs are too conservative or unsafe. The finite element software ABAQUS was used to analysis the bearing performance of the bearing beam and the corbel, and two kinds of connection design scheme of the bearing beam and corbel were contrasted to analysis. It is a good design scheme that the end of the supporting beam connected with the steel plates through bolts and the steel plates are welded in the corbel. This structural design is not only convenient to construct but also meet the requirement of the construction accuracy. As the steel plate provides a more effective supporting for beam end support, so that the connection of the beam end is more firmly. The design scheme mentioned may give a reference to correlative designs.
