[摘要]某纪念馆工程为双环形布置的2层钢框架结构,柱网呈环状布置,局部抽掉较多柱子形成大跨度弧形桁架结构,其受力较为复杂,计算发现不同的楼板施工方案对弧形桁架受力影响较大。通过采用ETABS软件对不同楼板刚度下的大跨度弧形桁架进行分析,结果表明楼板形成刚度后对大跨度弧形桁架的受力有较大的改善,因此确定楼板施工方案为先浇筑楼板混凝土并达到强度后再拆除桁架下的临时支撑。采用ABAQUS软件对应力较大处楼板进行有限元分析,结果表明楼板钢筋应力满足要求,楼板能够满足正常使用要求。

Influence of floor slab construction scheme on large span arc truss of a project

Abstract: A memorial project is a two story steel frame structure with the double ring layout, the column is arranged in rings, the column in some area was removed to form larger span arc truss structure, the force was relatively complex. The calculation results show that the construction scheme of floor has great influence on the force of the arch truss. The large span arc truss under different floor stiffness was analyzed by using ETABS, the results show that the stress of large span arc truss is greatly improved after the floor stiffness is formed, therefore, the construction scheme of the floor slab was determined as concrete to meet the strength requirement before remove the temporary support of the large span arc truss. Finite element analysis of the floor which stress is relatively large was carried out by ABAQUS, results show that the floor reinforcement stress meet the requirements, the floor can meet the requirements of normal use.
