蒸压粉煤灰实心砖砌体偏心受压承载力试验研究*

(1 大连理工大学土木水利学院, 大连 116023; 2 沈阳建筑大学土木工程学院, 沈阳 110168)[摘要]为研究偏心距e对蒸压粉煤灰实心砖砌体承载力性能的影响,以e为主要参数,对24个蒸压粉煤灰实心砖砌体试件及4个普通粘土砖砌体试件进行偏心受压试验。试验结果表明,砌体的偏心受压承载力随e值的增加线性降低,偏心影响系数φ的试验值略低于规范计算值。建议蒸压粉煤灰实心砖单向偏心受压构件的偏心距限值取0.6y,并通过试验回归对规范中φ的计算式进行了调整,其计算结果与试验结果相近。[关键词]砌体;蒸压粉煤灰实心砖;承载力;偏心影响系数Experimental study on the capacity for autoclaved fly ash solid brick masonry subjected to eccentric loadXu Chunyi1,2, Liu Ming2, Zhang Yannian2(1 Dalian University of Technology, Dalian 116023, China; 2 Shenyang Jianzhu University, Shenyang 110168, China)Abstract:The influence of eccentricity on the capacity of autoclaved fly ash solid brick is studied. Eccentricity is the main parameter. Eccentric compression tests were proceeded on 24 autoclaved fly ash solid brick masonry samples and 4 common clay brick masonry samples. Its damage pattern was analyzed. The experiment indicates that eccentric compression capacity according to a certain proportion decrease as e/y increase; eccentric effect factor is slightly lower than code values. It is suggested that the limit value of eccentricity of autoclaved fly ash solid brick under unidirectional eccentric compression adopts e=0.6y. And the formula of eccentric effect factor in code is adjusted.
