主楼和裙房交界处的地下室底板受力分析

 [摘要]近年来,建筑物不断增高,地下室层数不断增加。且为满足使用的要求,高层建筑和裙房或地下车库都要求建造在一起,共用一个地下室。这导致在使用过程中,特别是在沿海地区,发生多起地下室底板开裂的事故。在水位变化幅度大的地区,即使在沉降后浇带封闭之后,由于主楼和裙房的基础抗拔刚度不同还会产生上浮位移差。而这部分上浮位移差会在交界处产生巨大的底板内应力。这也是为什么即使使用了沉降后浇带,还有很多裂缝集中分布于高层建筑主楼和裙房或者车库的交界处的原因。采用ABAQUS对一条板带进行建模,根据高水位和低水位的水压差作为荷载,分析出主楼裙房桩基础相等抗拔刚度模型和主楼裙房桩基础变抗拔刚度模型的交界面的底板内力。并给出了变刚度模型下交接处底板弯矩的工程简化计算方法。

Stress analysis of basement slab at the junction between main building

 bedplate and skirt building bedplate

Abstract In recent years, the hight of building is increasing, and the number of basement layer is increasing as well. In order to meet the usage requirements, the high-rise building and the skirt building or underground garage are required to build together, sharing the same basement. This led to many basement slab cracking accidents, especially in the coastal areas. At large water level change area, even the post pouring belt is used and closed, the uplift displacement difference between the main building and the skirt building will still be occured due to the uplift pile stiffness difference. And this floating displacement difference will be generated at the junction with a huge internal stress. This is the reason why many cracks are concentrated at the junction located in the high-rise building and the skirt building or the garage. A strip of slab band was modeled using ABAQUS. the load is the difference between high water level and low water level. The interface internal stresses were compared between the equal uplift pile foundation stiffness model and variable uplift pile foundation stiffness model. And the interface internal stress simplified calculation method of variable stiffness model is presented at the end.
