 ［摘要］星海湾古城堡酒店为建设在山地上的高层建筑，场地条件复杂。在基础设计过程中，根据现场实际情况，灵活合理选用岩石锚杆基础、墩、桩等基础形式，并分别或组合采用分阶放坡、局部毛石混凝土回填、压力注浆、斜铺防水板、加强支护等多种措施处理建筑基底间存在的较大高差、场地自然坡度高差、基岩顶面高差等复杂场地环境下基础设计问题。

Abstract: Castle Hotel (Dalian) was built on mountain, the condition of foundation was complex. There were height differences between basements, ground surfaces and rocks. Many measures were taken in the design of the foundation, such as stairs shape foundation, filling with rubble concrete, grouting, declining slabs and slope support.
