[摘要]某钢结构工程结构不规则,部分节点的构造与受力相当复杂,需要通过模型试验来研究节点在最不利工况下的受力性能。选取了该工程中两个关键节点,经过合理的简化,设计了模型节点试验。通过单调静力加载试验,研究了节点的试验现象、破坏模式、测点应变等,指出了节点相对薄弱的地方,验证了节点在设计荷载下的安全性。通过两个复杂节点的研究过程,给出了复杂节点进行模型试验研究的一般思路,可以用于指导实际结构工程的设计。

Model experiment study on complicated joints for a steel structure

Abstract: A steel structure has complex shape, the construction and mechanical characteristic of some joints is very complicated. Thus model test is needed to study its performance under various loads. Two key joints were chosen and the model joints were designed. During static loading test, experiment phenomenon, failure mode and strains were recorded. The weak part of joints were got and the reliability and safety of joints under the design load were verified. From the research process of the two joints, the general way of evaluation of complicated joints was given. That can be adopted for structural engineers in design.
