新型低层冷弯薄壁型钢住宅结构性能有限元分析

[摘要]基于有限元方法对一种新型低层冷弯薄壁钢结构住宅体系进行了分析。分析包括三个层面:钢龙骨、组合墙体和整体模型。在钢龙骨模型中,分析不同的缀板间距对钢龙骨的竖向承载力以及侧向刚度的影响;在墙体模型中,分析了墙体面层材料和龙骨之间的相互作用(蒙皮效应)以及可能的破坏模式,并从中提取组合墙体的侧向刚度以及设计方法;通过组合墙体模型的结果建立一典型住宅整体模型,分析整体结构在地震作用下的反应以及相应的安全余度。结果表明,低层冷弯薄壁型钢结构具有较好的整体性能,能够满足设防烈度8度(0.20g)的承载力和变形要求,且安全储备充足。

Integral behavior analysis of a new cold-formed thin-walled steel framing

system of low-rise residential buildings

Abstract: Based on the finite element analysis method, a new type of cold-formed thin-walled steel frame system of low-rise residential building was modeled and studied. The study conclude three levels: steel joist, composite wall and the structure system. In the steel joist model, the influence of different batten plate spacing on vertical bearing capacity and stiffness of the steel joist. In the composite wall model, the study focused on the combination of the wall panel and steel joists (skin effect) and the potential failure mode, then the stiffness of the composite wall and design method was obtained. Based on the composite wall level, a whole structure system model was established. The structure response under seismic action was studied, and also the structure safety redundancy. The result shows that: the new cold-formed thin-walled steel framing system of low-rise residential buildings has a good integral performance, while it can meet the requirement of bearing capacity and deformation and has enough safety reserve.
