[摘要]介绍了建筑结构抗震、隔震、减震技术的发展历程及研究现状,给出了其地震能量在结构中传递的表达形式和基本原理。根据结构的震害现象提出一种在结构的地下部分设置一层薄弱层的结构模型并与常规的延性设计方法、基础设置隔震装置的模型进行抗震性能比较分析;得出设置薄弱层的结构具有优越地抗震性能、低廉的经济造价能够较好地适用于广大地中、小城市的建筑结构中。

Performance analysis of setting the underlying seismic isolation layer and the broken weak

Abstract: It describes the shock, isolation, damping technology development process and research status of building structures, given expression in the form of its seismic energy transfer in the structure and basic principles. Proposed a structure based on the phenomenon of earthquake damage in the underground part of the structure of the layer setting weak layer structure model with conventional ductile design approach, the model-based set of seismic isolation device performance comparison analysis; come to set a weak layer structure superior to seismic performance, low cost economy better able to apply to the majority of land in a small city in the building structure.
