[摘要]8度设防烈度下某九年一贯制学校,其建筑形式新颖、使用功能多样。导致平面和立面不规则、楼板局部不连续等抗震不规则情况以及局部单榀框架情况。本文介绍了结构本身特点及所采取的应对措施,并对结构进行了弹性计算、动力、静力弹塑性分析及性能化设计,满足了抗震性能,各指标达到规范要求。最后总结了此类中小学建筑的结构设计特点。

Seismic design of a school in high intensity area

Abstract: Architectural form of a nine-year school in the Eight degree fortification intensity area is novel, and the function of this school is diverse. So, the school′s flat and elevation is irregular, partial floor is discontinuous, and partial single frame′s seismic is irregular. The features of structure and its taken measures were introduced. Moreover, elastic calculation, dynamic and static elasto-plastic analysis, and performance design were carried out for the structure, making the structure meet the seismic performance, all indicators meet the requirements of the specification. At last, structural design features of such primary and secondary schools were summarized.
