水源热泵抽取和回灌地下水对建筑物沉降的影响

(辽宁省建筑设计研究院,沈阳 110005)[摘要]地下水源热泵抽取地下水形成大范围的降水漏斗是否会引起地面及建筑物出现过大沉降一直为业内关注。通过调查沈阳市应用水源热泵技术建筑物的现状,经理论分析、计算和室内试验得出,抽取、回灌地下水引起的地面附加沉降导致的沈阳市砂土地基上建筑物的变形均在规范允许范围内。[关键词]水源热泵;抽水;回灌;建筑物沉降Effect of using ground water heat pump draw-out and back pour technique on building settlementShan Ming, Liu Zhongchang, Shu Zhaoran, Li Ying(Building Design and Research Department of Liaoning Province, Shenyang 110005, China)Abstract:Whether a wide range of draw-out will cause the ground and buildings big settlement should to be solved soon. Based on the investigation of water-source heat pump technology application in Shenyang, theoretical analysis, calculation and laboratory test are carried out.
