[摘要]天津湾D地块1号塔楼为钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构,地上高度197.3m,附带4层裙房,属于超限高层建筑。在进行超限高层抗震设计中,重点阐述基础变刚度调平设计和楼层质量分布对超高层结构设计的影响。

Abstract: Tianjin Wan D Block 1# is a concrete filled steel tube frame-reinforced concrete core tube structure with height of 197.3 meters, attached to the four storey podium, belonging to the high-rise building. Based on seismic design of high-rise buildings, it mainly focuses on the influence of variable stiffness leveling design and floor quality distribution on the super high rise structure design.
