[摘要]大型桥式吊车一般通过吊车梁支撑体系布置在厂房内,牛腿是吊车梁支撑体系中的重要组成构件。钢结构牛腿和混凝土牛腿由于材质不一样,结构连接形式不一样,造成它们在结构布置,设计验算及施工方法上有很大区别。本文通过对比核电站厂房吊车梁设计中两种牛腿的差异,来分析不同布置方式的优劣,为今后重型吊车梁的牛腿设计提供了重要思路。

Contrast of steel corbel and concrete corbel in the crane beam support system

Abstract: Large bridge crane usually layout in the workshop by crane beam support system, corbel is an important component of crane beam support system.Steel corbel and concrete corbel is different because of the material and structure connection, so there has very big difference in the layout mode, the design and construction method. Through comparing the differences of two corbel in the crane beam design of Nuclear power plant, analyze the pros and cons of different arrangement, provides an important way for the future design of corgel heavy crane beam.
