［摘要］结合原上海毛巾二厂改建项目的设计、施工过程，总结了加固改建工程面临的前期资料准备和加固施工实施及后期控制观测过程中的技术经验（包括加固方案的确定，加固方法的选择、加固施工的顺序及施工要点等）。希望对设计人员在类似项目中提供一定的参考。

Reconstruction project technologic summary of Shanghai Secondary Towel Factory

Abstract: According to the design and building experience of Shanghai Secondary Towel Factory, the experience of material preparation, the conduction of strengthening construction and the technology of controlling and observation in later time were summarized. And architectures examples in designing similar programs were provided.
