下端吊挂玻璃结构设计

[摘要]玻璃为脆性材料,其侧面许用应力小于大面许用应力,约为大面许用应力的70%。大尺寸全玻璃幕墙通常采用吊挂玻璃结构,避免下端支承玻璃幕墙的侧面挤压受力方式,而是通过玻璃上方的吊夹构件对其的挤压夹紧,将玻璃吊挂在主体结构上,玻璃的下方悬空不承受挤压,玻璃承受吊夹的挤压力和重力;因承受风压,玻璃需作四边支撑处理,受力都是通过其大面接触面承受大面挤压力。但是当玻璃幕墙上方结构受限无法采用吊挂结构,以及当尺寸大到需要两块玻璃拼接而下方玻璃不宜采用吊挂结构,下端吊挂(反吊挂)玻璃结构就是最佳选择之一。因其强度、刚度计算与其他结构的相同,只分析下端吊挂玻璃结构在重力作用下的强度计算,举例分析说明下端吊挂玻璃结构的应用可靠易行。

Design on bottom hanging glass structures

Abstract: Glass is brittle material, its lateral allowable stress is less than the bedding face allowable stress, about 70% of the bedding face allowable stress. Large size full glass curtain wall usually adopts hanging glass structure, avoid the side of the bottom bearing glass curtain wall extrusion stress modes, but through the glass at the top of the suspension clamp component of the extrusion clamp, glass hanging in the main structure, the bottom of the glass dangling not bear extrusion, glass clamps under the extrusion pressure and gravity. Due to withstand wind pressure, the glass needs to make four edges supported processing, stress is through its bedding face contact bedding face under extrusion.But when the glass curtain wall structure limited cannot use hanging above the structure, and when the large size glass need two pieces of glass mosaics, the below galss should not be hanged, bottom hanging (reverse hanging) glass structure is one of the best choice. Because of its strength, it only analyzes the bottom hanging glass structure under the action of gravity is strong, for example analysis is given to illustrate the application of the bottom hanging glass structure is reliable and feasible.
