国际乒乓球联合会博物馆和中国乒乓球博物馆大跨度结构设计与分析

[摘要]国际乒乓球联合会博物馆和中国乒乓球博物馆上部结构采用钢结构框架体系,属于特别不规则的多层建筑结构。为满足建筑功能和效果,沿着互动体验区建筑物外边线设置跨度约42m的大跨度弧形桁架,并在桁架下采用圆钢吊杆下挂楼板。为保证该结构方案的安全性、合理性和经济性,在结构设计过程中采用了三种不同的分析软件,其分析结果均能满足规范要求。对互动体验区大跨度结构进行了吊杆失效分析,结果表明,单根钢吊杆的失效不会引起结构的连续性破坏。对互动体验区进行楼板振动舒适度分析,并通过制定TMD减振控制方案,解决部分工况下加速度超出规范限值的问题。

Design and analysis of long-span structure of Museum of International Table Tennis

 Federation and Chinese Table Tennis

Abstract: Steel frame system is used as the upper structure for Museum of International Table Tennis Federation and Chinese Table Tennis. The museum is a beyond normal irregular multi-story building structure. A 42-meter-span arc-shaped truss is adopted along the outer edge of interactive experience area in order to meet the architectural function and effect, and round steel steeves are installed below the arc-shaped truss to hang floor slab. Three different analysis softwares were applied in the structural design process to ensure safety, rationality and economy of the structure scheme, and the analysis results can meet requirements of codes. Failure analysis of steeves was performed for the long-span steel structure of interactive experience area, and the results show that failure of one steeve does not lead to continuous damage of structure. Floor vibration serviceability assessment of interactive experience area was conducted, and TMD Vibration-absorbing scheme is made to solve the problem that acceleration exceeds code limit in some load case.
