超高结构倾斜框架柱受力特点及设计要点

[摘要]超高层建筑常常采用平面尺寸沿高度方向渐缩的体型,能非常有效地减小侧向力,同时有效地控制竖向力的增长,可以充分发挥结构材料的强度和刚度,提高结构的效率和经济性。结构上采用竖向构件沿建筑高度方向倾斜的形式,能达到结构与建筑的融合,并避免复杂的水平转换结构。然而倾斜框架柱在转折处会产生较大水平荷载,引起楼层梁、楼板及外环梁很大的受力。详细分析了倾斜框架柱的受力特点和设计要点,以某400m以上的模拟超高层建筑为案例研究了其解决方案,验证了斜柱水平力的传力途径,并对楼面水平斜撑的设计进行了探讨。

Loading features and design points of inclined columns for super tall buildings

Abstract: The plan sizes of super tall buildings usually decrease with increasing building height. It can reduce lateral load and vertical force effectively. What is more, strength and stiffness of structural materials are used sufficiently, improving economical efficiency. Vertical structural members incline to meet architectural requirement, avoiding complicated transfer level. However, there is large horizontal load in the floor where the inclination angle of columns changes, thus frame beams, floor slabs and external ring beams bear large force. Loading features and design points of inclined columns were analyzed in detail. A super tall building project taller than 400 meters was employed to illustrate solution method, and force transferring path of horizontal load generated by inclined columns was validated. Design of floor horizontal braces was also discussed.
