  [摘要]地质科学院科研实验楼具有上部结构偏置,荷载不均匀,基础差异沉降量大,水浮力较大、楼板开大洞、穿层柱等主要特点。通过对主楼区域采用CFG桩复合地基解决建筑物不均匀沉降的问题;通过增加压重,并适当下移基础底标高的方法解决结构整体抗浮问题;针对结构不规则的情况,通过大量的计算分析,以及严格的抗震措施,确保了结构在地震作用下具有良好的抗震性能。

Structural design of research and laboratory building of the Academy of Geological Sciences

Abstract: Leaning upper structure, uneven distribution of load, large differential settlement of the foundation, great water buoyancy, big holes in upper floors and cross-pillar are main characteristics of the research and laboratory building of the Academy of Geological Sciences. To solve the problem of differential settlement of buildings by using CFG pile composite foundation in the main building area. By increasing the self-weight and moving down the foundation of the structure to solve the problem of the whole resistance to float. A large number of structure analysis as well as better seismic resistance measures were taken into consideration due to structural irregularity which ensured that the structure has good seismic performance under earthquake. Seismic performance is ensured through lots of calculation and strict aseismatic measures.
