上海某塔楼结构设计与计算分析

[摘要]T1塔楼采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,属于一般不规则的B级高度超限高层建筑。为满足多遇及罕遇地震下的承载力和延性要求,针对超限结构采用不同分析软件进行小震反应谱分析及大震弹塑性时程分析,结果表明结构整体指标满足规范要求,结构布置合理,体系安全可靠,具有良好的抗震性能。

Structural design and analysis on a tower in Shanghai

Abstract: Reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure system is adopted for T1 tower, which is defined as B level super high-rise irregular building. The response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis under frequent earthquake together with elastic-plastic time history analysis under rare earthquake were carried out in order to satisfy the load capacity and ductility demands by different analysis softwares. Based on the analysis results, it is demonstrated that all the property index of T1 tower can meet the requirements according to specification, and this structure is safe and reliable with rational structural layout and good seismic performance.
