[摘要]中一大厦由防震缝分成主楼和裙房两部分。主楼为25层框架-核心筒结构,裙房为3层框架结构,均设有2层地下室且地下室连为整体,桩筏基础。主楼存在扭转不规则、穿层柱、竖向收进等多项超限。介绍了基础设计、结构体系布置、弹性计算分析、静力弹塑性分析等内容。

Structural design of Zhongyi mansion

Abstract: The building was divided into main building and annex by seismic joint. The main building is a 25-layer frame-corewall structure,the annex is a 3-layer frame structure, they are over a large 2-layer basement with pile-raft foundation. The main building is an out-of-code high-rise structure with torsion irregularity, setback and columns beyond several floors. Design of foundation and structure layout were presented, elastic calculation and statical elasto-plastic analysis were introduced.
