[摘要]位于大连凌水湾某住宅群的5栋高层住宅均为现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构。A1#、A2#楼结构高度为149.25m,属于B级高度超限高层建筑。详细介绍了A1#超限设计的主要内容,性能化的抗震设计方法分析结果表明,结构可以满足预定的抗震性能目标,同时对处于岩石地基且埋深较浅的A3#、A4#楼整体抗倾覆设计进行了阐述。

Structural design of out-of-codes high-rise residential building in Dalian

Abstract: Dalian Ling Shui Wan five high-rise residential buildings are reinforced concrete shear wall structure. The structural height of building A1 #, A2 # is 149.25m, which belongs to class B out-of-code high-rise building. The design of the main content of building A1 # exceeding code limit was described. The analysis results of performance-based seismic design method show that the expected seismic performance targets can be fulfilled, in the while, expounds the overall anti-overturning design of A3 #, A4 # building which is in rock foundation and shallow depth.
