[摘要]重庆金融中心项目最高塔楼高度为152.6m,为复杂超限高层建筑,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。结构同时具有高度超限、扭转不规则、平面开大洞、塔楼与大底盘的质心偏心、部分柱子形成穿层柱等多项超限。针对上述问题采取一系列措施,包括结构承载力包络设计、抗震性能化设计、弹性时程分析、弹塑性静力、动力分析。另外还介绍了护坡方案及基础设计中的一些具体体会,可供类似工程参考。

Structural design of Chongqing financial center project

Abstract: The highest tower of Chongqing financial center project is a 152.6m tall super high-rise complex building, which utilizes reinforced concrete frame-shear core structure system. The structure overruns several code limits, including the height limit, irregular torsion, floor with large openings, eccentricity of the mass center between the tower and the large chassis as well as containing some wear layer columns. A series of measures were applied to solve the above problems, including the envelope design of structural bearing capacity, performance-based seismic design, elastic time history analysis, elastic-plastic static and dynamic analysis. In addition, it introduces some practical experience on slope protection scheme and foundation design, which can be references for similar engineering projects.
