[摘要]天津琨泰中心办公楼项目结构主屋面高度186.3m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。工程为超B级高度超限高层建筑,且存在穿层柱、斜柱等不规则。介绍了结构体系、超限情况及性能化设计的原则和方法。采用多种软件对结构进行了小震弹性反应谱分析、小震弹性时程分析、中震不屈服分析、大震等效弹性法分析及大震弹塑性时程分析。此外采用ABAQUS软件验算了斜柱在中震下的性能。根据计算结果,通过对结构薄弱部位采取加强措施,可以实现预定的性能目标,确保结构具有良好的抗震性能。

Structural design on out-of-code high-rise building of Tianjin Kuntai Centre office building

Abstract: Tianjin Kuntai Centre office building with main roof height of 186.3m adopts the reinforced concrete frame-corewall structure. The building is over the limitation of B-level height, which contains other irregular items such as skip-floor column and inclined column. The characteristics of structural system and the out-of-code conditions were described,meantime the design principle and method based on seismic performance were introduced. The multiple programs were used to carry out elastic response spectrum analysis and elastic timehistory analysis under the frequent earthquake, unyielding analysis under the fortification earthquake, equivalent elastic method and dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis under the rare earthquake. Furthermore, the performance of inclined columns under fortification earthquake was checked by ABAQUS software. In order to meet the requirements of performance-based seismic objectives, strengthen measures were taken to the weak parks of structure by analysis results, which ensure structure with the high performance under earthquake.
