紧邻已建车站基坑开挖近接施工影响分析

[摘要]以上海市轨道交通8号线和10号线换乘车站共用扩大站厅层基坑工程为背景,采用有限元方法分析基坑开挖对已建车站结构的影响规律。结合监测数据,重点研究共用地下连续墙和车站结构板的变形规律,指出紧邻车站基坑开挖卸载引起共用地下连续墙向基坑内变形,已建车站结构板靠近基坑一侧上浮较明显。总结了高压旋喷桩加固、分块凿除共用地下连续墙等控制已建车站结构变形的关键技术措施,为同类工程设计施工提供借鉴。

Influence analysis on excavation of deep foundation pit adjacent to operating subway station

Abstract:Based on the excavation of the northeast common structures of the cross-shaped transfer subway station at the intersection of Shanghai URT Line 8 and Line 10, the effect of excavation on the constructed subway station structures with FEM  was studied. According to the monitored data, the deformation of underground retaining wall and subway station structures was mainly analyzed. It was presented that the shared retaining wall deformed towards the excavation and the sides of structural slabs close to the excavation deformed upward apparently, due to the excavation adjacent to the station. Some important construction technologies of controlling structural deformation,including high-pressure rotary jetting pile reinforcing, shared retaining wall partitioning chiseling,were summarized and could be reference for design and construction of similar projects.
