控制超高层建筑桩筏基础筏板弯矩的方法

[摘要]为保证超高层建筑桩筏基础的筏板弯矩设计能够控制在安全范围内,采用相对弯曲计算筏板弯矩法(简称反算弯矩法)与共同作用理论的解析-数值解混合法(简称共同作用混合法)分别对金茂大厦、上海环球金融中心两个实例进行分析。根据共同作用混合法计算上海中心大厦的地基变形,用以计算相对弯曲,求得相应弯矩,同时,分别采用共同作用混合法和共同作用数值解-迭代法(简称共同作用迭代法)计算上海中心大厦筏板弯矩并进行比较。利用上述计算的结果,分析上海中心大厦的筏板弯矩,确定控制其筏板弯矩的安全范围。

Controlled method of moment in raft of piled raft foundation for super-tall buildings

Abstract:To ensure the designed moment in raft of piled raft foundation for super-tall buildings controlled in safe range, the back-analysis and the hybrid method on interaction between superstructure and foundation were used to calculate the moment in raft of piled raft foundation for Jinmao Building of 88-storey and Shanghai World Financial Center of 101-storey. The relative bending in raft for Shanghai Center Tower of 121-storey by the hybrid method was dealed with, and then the moments in raft of piled raft foundation were calculated by three methods: back analysis, hybrid method and iterative method on interaction between superstructure and foundation, respectively. Based on the above calculated results of moment in raft, the comprehensive analysis of moment in raft of piled raft foundation for Shanghai Center Tower is made in order to ensure the designed moment in safe range.
