某复杂超高层结构方案的选择与优化设计

[摘要]某办公楼总高约197m,地上39层,两侧为竖向交通和辅助用房的剪力墙筒体,中间为四榀单跨框架。针对该带单跨框架的超高层建筑的特殊性,从受力性能和经济性出发,对两种结构方案进行分析对比,选择了混合结构方案作为结构设计的方向。并从中间框架柱、楼面钢梁和加强层连接桁架的布置方面进一步优化结构的设计,使工程在具有良好的结构性能和更优的经济性之间获得平衡,可为此类工程的设计提供参考。

Structural scheme selection and optimizing design of a super high-rise building

Abstract:The structure is 197m high and contains 39 stories. Two shear wall cores are put at the two sides of the building layout, and four single-span frames are put in the middle. In view of the particularity of the super high-rise building with single-span frame, two structural schemes were compared from the mechanical behaviour and economical efficiency, and the composite structure was chosen for the direction of structure design. The frame column, floor steel beam and enhance stories connect truss were redesigned to make a further development of the structural optimizing design. These effective measures make the structure more efficiency in the mechanical behaviour and economy, which can provide reference for the similar project.
