吴江市震泽中学体育场钢屋盖结构设计

(深圳奥意建筑工程设计有限公司,深圳 518031)[摘要]震泽中学体育场分为东、西区两个看台,东区跨度为170.7m,主骨架为梭柱斜拉索网格结构,西区跨度为224.0m,主骨架为背拉索大悬挑网格结构。采用3D3S和MIDAS软件对结构进行分析,通过控制拉索的初始预应力取值,降低整个结构用钢量。结合具体结构设计,对结构进行了静动力特性分析、屈曲分析和断索分析,同时对两种拉索网格结构的力学性能特点进行了比较和总结。[关键词]钢屋盖;预应力;网格结构;屈曲分析;断索分析Design on steel roof structure of Wujiang Zhenze High School StadiumCao Guohui, Zhang Tao, Chen Zhiqiang(Shenzhen A+E Design Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518031, China)Abstract:Zhenze High School Stadium is composed of east part and west part. Span of the east part is 170.7m and its mechanical system is gird structure with angled prestressed cable. Span of the west part is 224.0m and its mechanical system is cantilever grid structure with back prestressed cable. The structure is analyzed by software 3D3S and MIDAS. The steel amount of whole structure can be reduced by adjusting the initial pretensioned value of cables. According to the requests of structural design, static and dynamic performance analysis, buckling analysis and cable break analysis are given.
