砌体结构抗震的出路在于发展配筋砌体

(北京市建筑设计研究院,北京 100045)[摘要]砌体结构在历次地震中破坏最多,造成人员伤亡也最大。根据我国现状,短期内还不可能淘汰砌体材料,更何况新型砌体材料还将有所发展。因此必须寻找防止砌体结构在大地震时破坏或倒塌的有效措施,以减轻财产损失和人员伤亡。从唐山地震后的经验教训中得到设置构造柱等可以减轻砌体房屋的倒塌,通过四川汶川地震灾害总结看出这些措施还不够,还需要进一步完善和加强。建议在砌体结构中增加各种形式的配筋,以提高砌体房屋的抗震性能。[关键词]砌体结构;构造柱;配筋砌体;抗震Reinforcement is the solution for the earthquake resistance of masonry structureZhou Bingzhang(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract:Masonry structure experienced the most severe damage in earthquakes and causes the most casualties. According to the current condition of China, masonry materials will not be eliminated soon, and new masonry materials will be developed. The effective measures must be found to avoid the damage and collapse of masonry structure in severe earthquake in order to reduce the economic losses and casualties. The lessons from the Tangshan Earthquake show that tie columns can reduce the collapse of masonry structure. And the Wenchuan Earthquake indicates that the measures are not adequate and further improvement is necessary.
