隔震橡胶垫选择和优化软件的开发

(1 北京市建筑设计研究院,北京 100045; 2 燕山大学建工学院,秦皇岛 066004)[摘要]应用VB语言开发了橡胶垫的选择和优化软件,以帮助工程师进行快速合理的设计。软件分为隔震结构设计和连廊设计两个模块,用户只需输入场地和结构的基本信息,软件就会从数据库中选取合适的橡胶垫进行组合,分别计算每种组合情况下设计的合理性,并给出建议供用户参考。如果对软件中现有橡胶垫参数不满意,用户还可以在程序指导下进行橡胶垫参数的自行设计,更加方便了高级用户的使用。经工程实例验证,软件计算结果合理,操作简单实用,可以提高设计效率,并可以满足高级用户进行橡胶垫自行设计的要求。[关键词]隔震;橡胶垫;选择;优化;软件开发Development of isolation rubber bearing select and optimize softwareWang Tieying1, Xin Yajun2(1 Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China; 2 School of Civil Engineering and Mechanics, Yanshan University, Qinhuangdao 066004, China)Abstract:The software of Rubber Bear Select and Optimize (RBSO) is developted by VB to help engineers for the problem. The software has two main blocks: isolation structure and gallery bridge. It can automatically select suitable bearing groups and calculate the safety factor for every group, finally according to the results,suggestions are given for customer to consult. If the rubber bearing styles in the data-base of the software can not achieve the customer’s require, customercan follow the user-difined parameters function, and this is suit for the senior customers. Proved by engineering projects, the software is reasonable and simple.
