北京新近沉积土基础工程特性研究

(北京市建筑设计研究院,北京 100045)[摘要]新近沉积土是北京城市建设中经常遇到的工程性能较差的地基土层,最初是在20世纪50年代后期结合工程实践而被工程师所认识的。针对北京地区这一特殊性地基土,近年来通过多学科研究方法进行了专门的立项研究。系统介绍了研究成果,包括沉积年代划分界限(7 000~7 500年)及其沉积标志、粘土矿物、物理指标、力学指标的试验分析资料、地基承载力与地基许可沉降值,并讨论了新近沉积土与一般第四纪沉积土工程特性的差别。[关键词]新近沉积土;基础工程;工程特性;沉积年代Study of geotechnical characteristics of Recently Deposited Soil in BeijingSun Hongwei(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design,Beijing 100045, China)Abstract:Recently Deposited Soil (RDS), which was originally defined in late 1950s in view of geotechnical engineers, is a kind of specially problematic soil frequently encountered in the construction activities in Beijing area. By integrating the methods of quaternary science, sedimentology and geotechnical engineering, a joint-research on RDS had been carried out for several years. The outcomings provided better knowledge about RDS to help geotechnical and structural engineers to identify and use it correctly.
