［摘要］北京市人民检察院一分院工程结构改造加固设计过程中，对原有结构进行了质量检测和鉴定，结果显示基础稳定，混凝土强度、钢筋配置符合设计强度等级要求，构件外观较好，对加固前后的结构进行整体计算分析，并针对不同部位分别依据89版和2001版《建筑抗震设计规范》完成了抗震改造加固设计。设计中解决的主要问题是：明确新、老结构体系的受力关系，设计新、老构件的连接，复杂加固部位的节点做法等。

Reconstruction and strengthening design of the First Branch of Beijing People’s Procuratorate

Abstract:Reconstruction and strengthening design of the First Branch of Beijing People’s Procuratorate is introduced. Before design，the quality detection and identification of the old structure had been made firstly，and then  different parts of the structure were analyzed and designed according to the 1989 edition and the 2001 edition of Code for Seismic Design of Buildings respectively. The main questions resolved are as follows: the force transfer relationship between the old structure and the new one,the details of connecting new members with the old ones and the complicated connection.
