［摘要］天津于家堡金融起步区03-22地块主楼地上50层，总高214.2m，结构体系为钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构。为了满足侧移刚度要求，在层13，26，39设置了结构加强层。论述了此超高复杂高层建筑结构的设计措施和性能目标，并对计算结果列表比较分析。工程初步设计已通过超限审查。

Design of structure system of Plot 03-22 in Yujiapu Financial District of Tanggu

Abstract:The high-rise office building on Plot 03-22 in Yujiapu Financial District is 2142 meters high on the ground with 50 stories. The building is supported by concrete-filled steel tube frame-RC core system. In order to satisfy the lateral stiffness, horizontal strengthened stories are set at story 13, 26, and 39 According to this out-of-codes and complex high-rise buildings,the design criteria are introduced for the technical measures, earthquake resistance objectives, calculating methods, and the analysis of the results. The priliminary design of this project has already gone through the out-of-codes review.
