带钢桁架牛腿的巨型钢管混凝土柱-混凝土梁节点有限元法分析研究

[摘要]广州新客站的钢管混凝土柱节点尺度大、构造复杂,采用了穿心承重销和穿心钢筋相结合的节点形式。确定了以钢桁架牛腿抗剪为主进行抗剪验算,综合混凝土梁和钢桁架牛腿的作用进行抗弯验算的设计原则。采用MSC.MARC软件对节点进行有限元分析,研究了节点受力性能、破坏模式和协同工作能力,以及钢桁架牛腿的作用。钢桁架牛腿可以控制节点区塑性铰出现的位置,改善节点的刚度、承载能力和延性,同时还是钢管混凝土柱和混凝土梁之间过渡的重要组成部分。对节点区域的应力分布和剪力分布的研究表明,该节点具有较好的整体性能。

FEM analysis of large concrete filled steel tubular column and reinforced \= concrete beam joint with steel truss shape corbels

Abstract:The concrete filled steel tubular column joint of New Guangzhou Railway Station have large dimension and complicate detail construction. Truss shape corbels and piercing reinforcing bars are used. The design principle that truss corbel bears shear force and concrete beam bears moment together with corbel is decided. Through finite element analysis, the mechanical character, the failure principle, the coordinated working performance and the function of truss shape corbels are studied. The truss corbel can control the plastic hinge distribution, improve the joint stiffness and load bearing capacity, as well as the important part of the transition between concrete filled steel tubular column and reinforced concrete beam. It is shown that the joint has good integrate performance through the study on stress and shear force distribution of joints.
