大跨度索拱空间结构预应力控制研究

(1 北京市建筑设计研究院, 北京 100045;2 东南大学土木工程学院, 南京 210096)[摘要]研究了广州新客站站房大跨度预应力空间结构的预应力控制分析的影响矩阵迭代法,即已知结构在既定强度、刚度目标状态下的位移、索力等,反求结构的初始状态。以此为基础,对广州新客站屋盖结构的单层索壳、三向张弦梁、索拱结构选定了合理的预应力控制目标,分析得到了各区域结构的预应力控制值和零状态控制几何。对索拱结构在胎架张拉阶段和高空张拉阶段的预应力进行了控制,保证了索拱的支座反力处于最小的状态。进一步分析表明,预应力取值合理,结构处于良好的工作状态。[关键词]半刚性结构;预应力控制;零状态;初状态Study on prestress controlling of a long-span cable-arc spatial structureZhen Wei1, Feng Jian2, Sheng Ping1(1 Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China;2 School of Civil Engineering,Southeast University,Nanjing 210096,China)Abstract:The prestress spatial structure system of New Guangzhou Railway Station is introduced. The influence factor matrix iterative method of prestress control on long-span prestress spatial system is studied, which can find the initial state of prestress structure through the target state such as displacement and stress, etc. Optimized prestress control target is chosen on the cable-arc structure, cable-shell structure and tri-directional truss-string spatial structure. The shape of unstrained state and prestress of cable are obtained. The prestress control on the construction of the cable-arc structure insure the minimization of the support reaction.
