广州东塔结构设计中数值优化技术的应用

[摘要]广州东塔采用了带伸臂桁架的巨型框架-核心筒结构体系,巨型框架由8根巨柱和6道环桁架组成。针对塔楼结构设计过程中遇到的技术难题,介绍了数值优化技术的优势和应用方法。采用该技术对结构构件的敏感性进行分析,可迅速掌握关键指标的控制因素,为设计调整指明方向。分别把结构第一自振周期最小化和结构材料造价最小化作为目标函数,优化结构构件的截面尺寸等属性,成功解决了剪重比过小的难题,也有效减少了钢材和混凝土的用量,提高了塔楼的经济性能。

Application of numerical optimization technique in Guangzhou East Tower structural design

Abstract: Guangzhou East Tower adopts mega frame-corewall structural system with outriggers. The mega frame comprises 8 mega columns and 6 belt trusses. With the intention of solving the technical problems in tower structural design, the superiority and application method of numerical optimization technique were introduced. This technique was adopted in the sensitivity analysis of the structural members to achieve rapid mastery of the key control factors that provide a guidance for design adjustment. Minimizing first natural vibration period and minimizing material cost were considered as objective functions respectively to optimize the structural member sizes, which solved the problem of inadequate shear-weight ratio successfully and reduced the usages of steel and concrete effectively to increase economic performance of the tower.
