北京CBD核心区Z6地块项目主塔楼结构设计和研究

[摘要]北京CBD核心区Z6地块项目主塔楼建筑高度405m,结构高度394.7m,结构立面呈现为盛开的花朵,实现了建筑、结构、幕墙一体化设计。结构体系采用了由巨柱、巨撑、密撑组成的斜交网格外框筒,以及下部含有钢板钢筋混凝土核心筒、上部钢框架核心筒的内筒。主塔楼存在高度超限、楼板不连续、刚度突变等超限情况,属于超限高层结构。主要针对主塔楼在超限高层结构设计中的一些关键问题进行介绍,对主塔楼结构进行弹性分析、弹塑性分析、抗连续倒塌分析、节点分析等, 结果表明该结构能满足规范要求,并达到预期的抗震性能目标。为配合建筑外立面找形,结构设计采用了BIM技术确定支撑的间距、起落点楼层,取得了建筑美观和结构受力的平衡以及与幕墙造型的完美统一。[关键词]北京CBD核心区Z6地块项目; 巨撑; 密撑; 一体化设计; BIM; 结构设计中图分类号:TU318 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2015)24-0044-09
Structural design and research of main tower of Z6 Plot Project in core area of Beijing CBDJonathan Kerry, Zhong Congming, Li Wanying, Wu Tao, Qi Fan, Yang Mingliu, Liu Yunbo, Liu Hao(Arup, Beijing 100020, China)Abstract: The main tower of Z6 Plot Project in core area of Beijing CBD has architectural height of 405m and structural height of 394.7m. Structural faade looks like a blooming flower, which fully integrates designs of architecture, structure and faade. Diagrid perimeter frame tube structural system is adopted with mega columns, mega braces and close braces. Reinforced concrete corewall with steel plates inside locates in bottom of inner corewall and steel frame corewall locates at upper level. The tower is an out-of-code structure due to its height, discontinuous floor and vertical stiffness irregularity and so on. Some key problems in structural design of out-of-code high-rise tower were introduced. The elastic analysis, elastic-plastic analysis, progressive collapse analysis and joint analysis show that the main tower structure can meet all code requirements and achieve the anticipated seismic performance objectives. In order to meet the architectural requirement in faade form, BIM technology was adopted in structural design to determine brace spacing as well as starting and landing layers for brace.
