重庆来福士广场场地稳定性分析与评估

[摘要]重庆来福士广场项目开发体量大、场地条件极其复杂,尤其是存在临近长江和嘉陵江的土质边坡和岩土质混合高边坡。为保证拟建建筑物和既有建筑边坡及其相关支挡构筑物的安全,重点对项目东西两侧场地在静力和地震条件下的稳定性进行了分析和评估,且在分析过程中考虑了场地稳定性与拟建主体工程的交互影响。详细介绍了场地稳定性分析的原则和方法、设计条件和内容以及相应的分析结果。结果表明,通过适当设置抗滑桩,保证了整个场地的稳定和拟建项目的安全。

Site stability analysis and assessment for Raffles City in Chongqing

Abstract: The project site of Raffles City in Chongqing is huge with super-complex condition. There are especially high soil slopes and rock/soil slope near the Yangtze River and the Jialing River. To guarantee the safety of the existing slopes, retaining structures and proposed buildings, site stabilities in the eastern and western sides were analyzed and assessed under static and seismic conditions, and interactions of site stability and the proposed main buildings were also considered in the analysis process. The principles and methodologies, design conditions and contents, as well as relevant analysis results were elaborated. Results show that stabilizing piles set appropriately can ensure the site stability and the safety of the proposed buildings.
