重庆来福士广场北塔楼四巨柱体系研究与改进

[摘要]介绍了重庆来福士广场356m高北塔楼四巨柱结构体系,研究外框剪力在巨柱结构体系中的合理分配。通过调整外框次框架柱不同截面大小、连接形式,以及核心筒、伸臂结构的优化分析,确保外框架的剪力分配能满足8%的抗震专项审查意见。采用LS-DYNA进行设计大震、设计大震+0.5度以及设计大震+1度下的动力弹塑性分析,考察新旧方案不同的弹塑性分析结果,进一步验证改进后的四巨柱结构体系的可靠性、安全性。

Study and improvement of four mega column structural system of north tower for Raffles City in Chongqing

Abstract: The four mega column structural system of north tower with height of 356m for Raffles City in Chongqing was introduced. Reasonable distribution of outer frame shear in mega column structural system was studied. The section sizes and connection forms of secondary frame columns of outer frame were adjusted and optimization analysis was carried out in corewall and outriggers, making sure that the shear distribution of outer frame can satisfy the special seismic  review comment of 8%. LS-DYNA was used to carry out dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under design rare earthquake, design rare earthquake plus 0.5 degree of seismic intensity and design rare earthquake plus 1 degree of seismic intensity. Different elastic-plastic analysis results of new and old schemes were investigated to further verify the reliability and safety of the four mega column structural system.
