不同应变率对混凝土轴拉全曲线影响的试验研究*

[摘要]利用MTS试验机,通过在试件与试验机之间设置球铰组件以降低混凝土拉伸试验中偏心的影响和消除附加弯矩的影响。并以试件应变为加载控制方式,完成了应变率为10-7,10-6,10-5,10-4/s四种数量级范围内的混凝土动态轴向拉伸试验。试验结果表明,所采用的试验方法简便可行;不同应变率下的混凝土轴拉应力-应变全曲线的形状有很好的相似性;混凝土抗拉强度和抗拉弹性模量随着应变率的增加而增加,但应变率的变化对混凝土极限拉应变没有明显的规律性影响。[关键词]混凝土; 轴向拉伸; 应力-应变全曲线; 应变率中图分类号:TU502 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2015)22-0071-04

The dynamic axial tensile test of concrete within four strain rate magnitude ranges was completed with loading control method of specimen strain and the strain rates were 10-7, 10-6, 10-5,10-4/s. The test results show that the used test methods were simple and feasible. Under different strain rates, good similarities exist in different complete stress-strain curve shapes of concrete axial tensile tests. Tensile strength and elastic modulus increase with the increase of strain rate, but the change of the strain rate has no obvious regular effect on the ultimate tensile strain of concrete.Keywords: concrete; axial tension; stress-strain curve; strain rate
