混凝土结构偏梁框架节点构造研究

[摘要]混凝土框架、框剪和框筒结构设计中,为满足填充墙及其相邻梁柱同侧外观平齐的要求,较多相连梁柱的一侧位于同平面,由此形成的偏梁框架节点除施工不便外,还可能使其核心区性能劣化。对此构造进行了深入分析与研究,考虑梁柱截面偏心距,在尽量满足建筑外观需要的基础上,给出了常用的相应框架梁最小宽度表,建议避免相连混凝土梁柱一侧同平面形成的偏梁框架节点,优先选用边梁与边柱截面偏心较小、外墙与边柱外侧同平面构造,及楼面梁与中柱截面偏心较小、隔墙与中柱一侧同平面构造,并控制梁顶墙体重心位于梁宽范围内。

Research on construction of eccentric beam-column joints in reinforced concrete structures

Abstract: In structural designs of reinforced concrete frame, frame-shear wall and frame-core wall structures, in order to meet the requirement that infilled wall and connected beam-column joint should be designed with a same side plane, many beam-column joints are designed with a same side plane. This construction is easy to form the large eccentric frame joint which makes construction difficult and the deterioration of performance for core region of joint. This construction was analyzed and researched in-depth, and the table of the corresponding minimum width for common frame beams was given to meet the building exterior needs as far as possible, considering beam-column section eccentricity. It is recommended to avoid the eccentric beam-column joints due to beam-column joints designed with a same side plane. The plane construction of beam-column joints is preferred including that side beam and column has small section eccentricity and faade infilled wall is designed with a same side plane as end column. The construction is also preferred where floor beam and middle column has small eccentricity with infilled wall designed with a same side plane as middle column and barycenter of the wall on the beam is controlled in the range of beam width.
