应用HRB500级高强钢筋的不同结构体系钢筋用量分析*

[摘要]针对HRB500级高强钢筋在框架、框架-剪力墙结构、剪力墙及框筒结构中作为受力钢筋的经济效益进行了分析。应用PKPM和STAT软件分别对若干工程实例进行建模分析,采用HRB500级高强钢筋代替HRB400级钢筋,在保证安全的基础上,对不同强度等级钢筋的用量进行比较和分析。分析结果证明,将HRB500级高强钢筋用于纵向受力钢筋时,材料强度充分发挥,节材效果明显,钢筋用量的节约比例约为10.0%,为使用HRB500级高强钢筋的结构的经济性提供数据支持和技术依靠。

Steel consumption analysis of various structural systems using HRB500 high-strength rebar

Abstract: The economical benefit of the HRB500 high-strength rebar used in frame structure, frame-shear wall structure, shear wall structure and framed-tube structure was analyzed. PKPM and STAT software were applied to establish the structure modeling of several engineering projects using HRB500 high-strength rebar instead of HRB400 one. On the basis of safety, the reinforcement amounts of different strengthes were compared and analyzed. The results show that use of HRB500 high-strength rebar can achieve good effect of saving material when it is used as longitudinal carrying bar, with strength of HRB500 high-strength rebar brought into full play, and the saving ratio is about 10.0%. The analysis of the results can be used for the economy of the structure using HRB500 high-strength rebar to provide data support and technical depend.
