基于准直线运动机构的振动控制系统力学性能研究*

[摘要]提出了一种新型消能减震振动控制系统,其构造包含非耗能支撑子系统和消能子系统。非耗能支撑子系统依据机构学领域中的准直线运动机构将两根钢拉杆支撑构件交叉配置,且端部采用铰接形式,因此支撑构件中不产生轴向压力。消能子系统为将两个U型阻尼安装于中间铰接的两块钢板中间,通过U型阻尼的屈服变形吸收地震能量。通过理论分析给出了振动控制系统的刚度和承载力的分析方法,并进行了循环荷载试验,论证了理论分析的精度。[关键词]准直线运动机构; U型金属阻尼; 振动控制系统; 力学性能; 循环荷载试验中图分类号:TU391 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2015)22-0040-08
Mechanical property study of vibration control system based on quasi-linear motion mechanismGao Jinhe, Huang Yanbin, Huang Weiling, Zhang Shoulong, Du Liugang, Wang Jianbao(School of Architecture and Civil Engineering, East China Institute of Technology, Nanchang 330013, China)Abstract: A new energy dissipation vibration control system was presented whose construction contained non-energy dissipation bracing member subsystem and energy dissipation subsystem. Based on the quasi-linear motion mechanism in the field of mechanism, two steel rod supports are crossly configured in non-energy dissipation bracing member subsystem, and the two ends of the supports adopt hinge joint, so the supporting member does not produce axial compression. The energy dissipation subsystem consists of two U-shaped dampers installed in the middle of two steel plates with hinge joints, and the seismic energy is absorbed by the yield deformation of U-shaped damper.
