RBS消能墙在厦门湖心岛超高层住宅中的应用

[摘要]RBS消能墙是在传统钢筋混凝土剪力墙中部嵌入RBS消能键构造而成的一种新型消能减震构件,具有良好的滞回耗能特性,在地震作用下首先屈服耗能。以厦门湖心岛已建成的某超高层住宅为例,介绍了RBS消能墙在实际工程中的应用效果,并对RBS消能墙在剪力墙结构中的消能减震作用和消能器附加阻尼比的计算方法进行了研究。结果表明,RBS消能墙在超高层剪力墙结构住宅中的消能减震效果明显,可有效提高结构的抗震性能,采用抗规公式计算消能器的附加阻尼比有可能夸大其消能减震作用。

Abstract: RBS energy dissipation wall is a new energy dissipation member that embed RBS energy dissipation key in the traditional reinforced concrete shear wall, which has good hysteresis energy dissipation capacity and firstly yield to realize energy dissipation under seismic action. A completed high-rise residence in Xiamen Heart of Lake was presented as example to present the application results of practical engineering of RBS energy dissipation wall, the energy dissipation effect in shear wall structure of RBS energy dissipation wall and calculation method of the dissipation device additional damping ratio were studied. The results show that the RBS energy dissipation wall has good energy dissipation effect in high-rise shear wall structure residential and can effectively improve the structural seismic capacity. The calculation method of dissipation device additional damping ratio using seismic code formula may exaggerate its energy dissipation effect.
